Do you pass on your industry pricing to your clients?

Industry pricing may be offered to design professionals by some vendors and suppliers due to the business relationships that we have built up with them over many years. We receive special trade pricing from our to-the-trade furniture, accessories and lighting vendors. This discounted pricing allows us the ability to offer a high level of service and incredible value to your project.  Will we don’t pass on our trade pricing directly, most often the pricing that we can offer our client’s ends up being close to the manufacturer’s MAP - the minimum allowed price for which a product is permitted to be resold to the public. 

Unlike Trade vendors, retail stores - such as those available to the general public - often have low margins without flexibility for trade discounts. That being said, you may be offered a discounts for large orders or floor models by one of our Preferred Retailers, at their discretion.
