PHASE 1
LET’S BEGIN!
Step 1. PROJECT INITIATION
The foundation for a successful project.
Every great design begins with understanding your vision. During this phase, we'll get to know you, your lifestyle, your goals, and the way you want your home to feel. Together, we'll define your project scope, review your wish list, establish a preliminary investment plan, identify key project partners, and take critical measurements.
We’ll also review all architectural and engineering drawings to determine structural or code constraints and to understand the feasibility of your project to align with your budget and timeline.
PHASE 2
LET’S CREATE!
Step 2. CONCEPT + BUDGET DEVELOPMENT
Where the vision starts taking shape.
Using everything we've learned, we'll develop an initial design concept and preliminary budget for your approval. Through mood boards, schematic drawings, material inspiration, and early pricing, you'll begin to see your future home come to life.
Once the concept is refined, we'll meet with your contractor to ensure the design vision and construction plan are aligned before moving into detailed design.
Step 3. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Every detail thoughtfully considered.
This is where ideas become a fully realized design.
We'll refine every element of your project - from layouts and finishes to furniture, lighting, and custom details - presenting CAD drawings, millwork details, curated material selections, and realistic 3D renderings so you can confidently visualize your future home before construction begins.
We'll also review project costs together, ensuring every selection aligns with your investment before presenting the finalized design to your trades.
Step 4. DESIGN DOCUMENTATION + PROCUREMENT
Turning design into reality.
Behind every beautiful home is a detailed plan.
We prepare comprehensive construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and documentation that allow your contractor and trades to execute the design accurately and efficiently.
At the same time, we begin procuring furniture, lighting, window coverings, and specialty finishes - carefully managing orders and timelines so everything arrives when it's needed.
PHASE 3
LET’S EXECUTE!
Step 5. PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
Watching the design come to life.
Construction is where all the planning pays off.
Throughout this phase, we remain actively involved, collaborating with your builder and trades, conducting site visits, answering design questions, and ensuring every detail is executed as intended.
When construction is complete, we coordinate the installation of furnishings and carefully style your home before revealing the finished space - a moment that's every bit as exciting as you've imagined.
Step 6. PROJECT COMPLETION
Time to celebrate!
Your project is now complete and will be evaluated to assess its success and address any outstanding issues. We will wrap up your project with a thorough deficiencies list for the contractor, final billing and project close-out package. Your beautiful new space will be celebrated with The Reveal party and a personalized thank-you gift.
OUR FULL-SERVICE
PROCUREMENT PROCESS
Once we have sourced, selected and received approvals for furniture during the Design Process, we then begin our 5-Step Procurement Process.
STEP 1
ORDER PLACEMENT
Once final selections have been approved, payments for furniture purchases are due in full before purchase orders are sent and arrival dates are estimated. All details are documented and confirmed.
STEP 2
LOGISTICS
We maintain persistent order follow up with all vendors to stay up to date on any unforeseen delays, as well as organize shipping, receiving, inspection, warehousing, white glove delivery and quality inspection upon arrival. You are kept up to date with updates along the way.
STEP 3
INSTALLATION
Meeting the delivery team at your home, we will facilitate a thorough quality inspection of pieces upon arrival. We will then stage furniture and accessories to prepare for the Reveal (we prefer if you are not home for this part to keep it a surprise!). Any product issues will be documented immediately and followed up with our account managers.
STEP 4
THE REVEAL
Our team will meticulously place your new furniture and style your new space. Your gorgeous new space is revealed to you as we pop the champagne!
STEP 5
AFTER CARE
Your satisfaction is important to us. We will provide you with client after-care instructions and warranty details, as well as help to oversee any claims.
