DISCOVERY CALL
We'll schedule a complimentary 30-minute call with Alexis to learn more about your project, answer your questions, and discuss how we can help. We'll also explain our design process, investment, and recommend the services best suited to your project.
STEP 3
INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULTATION
During this two-hour consultation, Alexis will assess your space, discuss your lifestyle, answer your design questions, and identify opportunities you may not have considered. Together, you'll explore layout ideas, functionality, materials, finishes, and budgeting to ensure your project starts with a strong foundation.
Whether you decide to continue with one of our full-service design packages or manage the project yourself, you'll leave with expert guidance, practical solutions, and a clear direction for your project.
STEP 4
YOUR PROPOSAL
Your proposal outlines the recommended scope of work and our associated fees, estimated project investment, project timeline, and next steps. Every proposal is customized to ensure the services align with your project's unique needs.
STEP 5
LET'S GET STARTED
Once your proposal is approved, we'll finalize the service agreement and retainer to reserve your place in our project schedule. With the planning complete, it's time for the exciting part - -bringing your vision to life.
STEP 6
DESIGN DISCOVERY
Before design begins, we'll ask you to complete a Design Brief Questionnaire so we can better understand your lifestyle, preferences, and how you want your home to feel. You'll also receive access to your online Project Dashboard, where you'll find proposals, drawings, selections, schedules, and project updates-all in one convenient place.
All of our projects begin with either the Interior Design Consultation or the Project Discovery Meeting.

Interior Design Consultation

Project Discovery Meeting
Already have architectural plans or a clearly defined project? The Project Discovery Meeting is designed for clients who are ready to move into full-service interior design and simply need an initial meeting before we prepare a customized proposal.
During this one hour meeting, we'll review your project, discuss your goals, answer any initial questions, and ensure we're the right fit for one another. We'll also explain our design process, project timelines, and how we'll work together throughout your project.
