We want to hear from you! Tell us about your project by completing our online Project Inquiry Form. This gives us an understanding of your goals, timeline, and vision so we can prepare for our first conversation together.
STEP 2
DISCOVERY CALL
We'll schedule a complimentary 30-minute call with Alexis to learn more about your project, answer your questions, and discuss how we can help. We'll also explain our design process and recommend the services best suited to your project.
STEP 3
THE INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULTATION
Depending on your project type, we will meet you in person either at your home or our design studio. During our initial Interior Design Consultation, Alexis will assess your project, discuss your lifestyle, answer your design questions, and identify opportunities you may not have considered. Together, you'll explore layout ideas, functionality, materials, finishes, and budgeting to ensure your project starts with a strong foundation.
Whether you decide to continue with one of our full-service design packages or manage the project yourself, you'll leave with expert guidance, practical solutions, and a clear direction for your project.
STEP 4
THE PROJECT PROPOSAL
Your proposal outlines the recommended scope of work and our associated fees, estimated project investment, project timeline, and next steps. Every proposal is customized to ensure our services align with your project's unique needs.
STEP 5
LET'S GET STARTED
Once your proposal is approved, we'll finalize the service agreement and retainer to reserve your place in our project schedule. With the planning complete, it's time for the exciting part - bringing your vision to life.
STEP 6
DESIGN DISCOVERY
Before design begins, we'll ask you to complete a Design Brief Questionnaire so we can better understand your lifestyle, preferences, and how you want your home to feel. You'll also receive access to your online Project Dashboard, where you'll find proposals, drawings, selections, schedules, and project updates-all in one convenient place.
No matter what type of project you are planning, we always begin with either the Inspired Home or Design Foundations design consultation.

It's where we get to know your vision, talk timeline and budget, and show you what working with a full-service designer actually looks like.
During this two-hour meeting, we'll explore your project together; discussing your design dreams, budget and timeline goals, and answering any initial questions you may have about working with an Interior Designer. We'll also explain our design process, fees, project timelines, and how we'll work together throughout your project - ensuring that we're the right fit for one another before moving forward with presenting you with a customized Project Proposal.
